2. How difficult is this business to sell through my service department Not difficult at all, in fact, it is very simple! Just take notice of your customers' vehicles and offer the repair process to the vehicle owner. Explain the process and that is it. This repair can be worked in with the regular business you are providing. You will be up and running the first day you get your kit.

3. Can I teach others in my shop or is just one person usually assigned to this work That is the beauty of our method. You can teach as many people, even the un-skilled worker how to do this repair without concern of damaging the vehicle. This leaves you the ability to run the overall business and let them do the work. And if you experience employee turnover problems, you can train a new person in hours how to do this repair. 5. Can I repair Bumpers with this system Yes! Our revolutionary Bumper Scuff solution will resolve this problem immediately. However, if you are referring to major bumper repair requiring filling, sanding, priming, sanding, mixing paints, painting, sanding, clear coating, burning in clear coat, sanding, buffing, etc,... this is body work and is not what the IMAC system is designed for.

6. How about scratches Scratches are just "long" chips, as far as our technology is concerned. Just follow the same basic procedure. They take a little longer and likewise command higher profits. Scratches are real money makers and we have special techniques for dealing with them.

7. Others make paint chip repair sound so difficult. Why Because it is difficult to do using their antiquated methods and technology ("the nightmare"). 9. How long does it take to do an average repair On the average, about 30 minutes. With the IMAC system, and because the colors are pre mixed, you can do a repair in 5 minutes (light damage) to 45 minutes (more serious damage).
